The attached report was prepared for Dorchester by Stantec UK Limited. 

The file is 156 pages however, the conclusion in the document states:

From the initial soil sampling undertake to date by Stantec, low levels of PFAS (primarily PFOS) have
generally been recorded below the relevant screening criteria for either a residential (with consumption
of homegrown produce) or a Public Open Space (residential) end use with the existing developed areas
of the site. In the majority of samples, PFAS concentrations were not recorded above the laboratory
limit of detection.
