Planning Applications

April 2022

Planning application 21/04289/OUT.

The parish council have received notification of the above planning application.

The masterplan for this application is shown in the attached document.

The parish councils response to this application was as follows:-

Heyford Parish Council has no objections to this planning application, but asks that the following points be taken into account by the planning officer or committee:

This is a new planning application, therefore Heyford Park Parish Council requests that it be given one of the following:

  • Access to S106 funding for land to be passed to the PC for a play area/public park, or a small plot of land for an amenity space or play area, or on which a parish council office or small community building could be built
  • The Parish Council requests that traffic calming measures are installed on the Camp Road where the road to the new development accesses it. This is because the amount of traffic regularly using Camp Road has increased significantly in recent years, and the road from the development will access Camp Road in a dip.
  • The Parish Council requests that a defibrillator be installed in a central place on the new development, that is accessible to the public at all times.
